Our Vehicle Categories (Malaysia)

Quulo Budget: 4-seater vehicles below the age of 5 years old. A combination of private vehicles and taxis. Moderate booth space which you can load up to 2 or 3 medium sized suitcases for airport trips.

Quulo 6 Seater: 6-seater vehicles below the age of 5 years old. A combination of private vehicles and taxis. Larger booth space which you can load up to 4 to 6 suitcases for airport trips.

Quulo Dispatch: Dispatch riders with vehicles below the age of 5 years. All vehicles are loaded with carry cases to ensure your items or food remain safe while delivering. Our dispatch riders are well versed with routes within the city and rest assured your deliveries will be on time.

Your ride/delivery with us are monitored by our CS center and safety measures are always on high alert. In the event of an emergency, riders can alert the police and Quulo via the emergency button provided. Your receipt for your ride/delivery will be automatically emailed to your registered email address as soon as your ride/delivery has been completed.

How to use Quulo?

1) Download the app free and register your account.

2) Choose between ride or delivery.

3) Key in your drop destination as your origin will be automatically detected.

4) Request for driver rider.

5) Track Driver/Dispatch real time via map.

我们的CS中心监控您的乘车/交付，安全措施始终处于高度警戒状态。在紧急情况下，乘客可以通过提供的紧急按钮提醒警方和Quulo。一旦您的乘车/交付完成，您的乘车/交付收据将自动通过电子邮件发送到您的注册电子邮件地址。
